About Company

"Avodah" is a Hebrew word that means worship, work and service all in the same word, depending on the context. We thought it was fitting since in Hebrew culture, work was seen as an act of worship, thanking God for the opportunities provided to you by being diligent and hard-working with what was entrusted to you. Likewise, we believe that our work is to serve you, your family and/or your business by addressing your legal needs before problems arise or whenever issues may require attention.

We currently serve businesses in a variety of industries to address their on-going legal needs as outside general counsel; assisting them with choosing the right entity (corporation, LLC), business transactions, contract review and drafting, negotiations, settling disputes (pre-litigation), basic employment issues, basic intellectual property (IP) issues, and any other operational issues, including exit planning for their businesses, or assisting them with buying or selling a business (M&A transactions).

Based on the network of professionals and advisors we have built in over a decade, we also offer our connections as a resource to our clients for anything that may come up in the course of running a business, whether it's a legal issue or any other kind of need (referral to a CPA, insurance broker, financial advisor, or other types of attorneys).

Matthew 6:33-34 "But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own."
