About Me

I am a proven senior sales and business development executive in the Information Technology industry. My expertise is in leading both direct and indirect go-to-market channels, and I have extensive market knowledge with specialization in small and mid-sized companies. I am best known for my sales results and ability to set up and grow new revenue streams. My success in this area is drawn from my customer insight, sales acumen, innovative thinking, resiliency and resourcefulness.

WHAT I DO:
♦ I assess your current sales team.
♦ I lead, develop, coach and drive your sellers on site.
♦ I work hands on with you sales team to increase their readiness.
♦ I define and implement your sales team's growth capabilities including Sales Plan, Hiring,
Compensation Plan, CRM, Forecasting, Sales Process and more.

HOW I DO IT:
♦ I work on-site as your Outsourced VP of Sales for one, two, or three days per week for an agreed upon time period.
♦ I execute my deliverables under a written and detailed Scope of Work (SOW) that clearly describes how I implement the discipline, accountability and needed sales infrastructure to build an high
performance selling team.
