About Me

Joe is a strategic financial and business executive with more than 25 years of diverse and progressive business leadership experience working alongside Presidents, CEO’s, Chairmen and business owners in both private and public companies ranging in size from $20 million to $2 billion. His industry experience includes: aerospace manufacturing, consumer goods manufacturing, financial services, financial services, consulting, business valuation services, and non-profit services. He has managed companies ranging from high growth to mature and stable, including companies in decline.

Early in his career, Joe earned his Certified Management Accountant certificate while serving as a cost accountant in aerospace manufacturing where he also gained exposure on the sell side of an acquisition supporting due diligence and audits. His cost accounting background served as a great launching pad for a career that ultimately exposed him to nearly all the businesses’ financial and operational needs including: design, engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, field services, customer service, sales and marketing. In addition to building and developing financial teams of varying sizes, he has also had direct management responsibility for HR, IT, credit and collections, contracts, and risk management.
